Vacancy: Sales Admin Assistant

Velocity is a leading RevOps advisory firm and HubSpot Diamond Partner, working with companies across multiple industries to transform their revenue operations and customer lifecycle strategy. We’re looking for a highly capable Sales Admin Assistant to join our fast-paced, global team.

 

Role Overview

This is a remote, hourly position ideal for a confident, organized, and results-driven individual based in South Africa, with experience speaking to C-level executives and senior decision-makers. You’ll be playing a vital role in supporting the CEO and COO by initiating first contact with target accounts, booking qualified meetings, and maintaining CRM hygiene.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients (lists provided via Apollo).

  • Book qualified meetings directly into the CEO and COO’s diaries.

  • Use our HubSpot CRM to manage all records, call notes, actions, and next steps.

  • Work from detailed scripts and call workflows (training provided).

  • Engage professionally with senior executives across sales, marketing, and IT departments.

  • Manage follow-up activities and ensure a seamless handoff to the leadership team.

  • Provide light calendar management and coordination support

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years of cold calling or outbound sales experience (ideally B2B and/or C-Suite focused).
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent articulation, confidence, and listening skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and prospecting platforms (Apollo.io a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and self-motivated — able to work independently.
  • Based in South Africa with access to stable internet and a quiet working environment.
