Vacancy: RevOps Data Analyst

The Data Analyst plays a critical role in our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team and is responsible for managing, cleaning, segmenting, and enriching data across various CRM platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and Infobip as well.

In addition to this, the candidate will be responsible for cleaning, segmenting and aggregating company and business-related data originating from multiple sources across the web for our city-based platforms and directories. This position plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy and usability for strategic decision-making.

  • Proficiency in data interpretation, management, validation, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.

  • Certification or experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and/or Infobip.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards relevant to the EU market.

Key Responsibilities

    • Data Management and Analysis:
        • Maintain and enhance CRM amongst other databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
        • Enrich CRM records with additional data from web and social research and scraping scripts.
        • Align contacts with appropriate companies and buyer personas.
        • Perform detailed analysis of data, translating complex data sets into actionable insights.
        • Develop and manage data-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Reporting and KPI Management:
        • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to RevOps.
        • Create regular reports for stakeholders, providing clear and concise data interpretation.
        • Identify trends and patterns, suggesting improvements based on data findings.
    • CRM Optimization and Segmentation:
        • Manage CRM data segmentation and list management to optimize marketing and sales efforts.
        • Execute data cleaning, enrichment, and deduplication processes.
        • Define and create relevant audience segments for targeted marketing efforts.
    • Data Scraping, Cleaning and Aggregation 
        • We are aggregating scraped data from multiple sources and need assistance maintaining the hygiene, accuracy and relevance of all of these scripts and output datasets
    • Collaboration and Communication:
      • Work closely with the RevOps Strategist and development team as well as other team members.
      • Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Participate in cross-functional projects, providing data expertise as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in data analytics and CRM management.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in data interpretation, management, validation and quality assurance.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Certification or experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and/or Infobip.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards relevant to the EU market.
  • Experience with Apify is a plus.
  • Experience working with S3 buckets and Amazon Lambdas is also a benefit

Reporting Structure

The Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in our organisation's Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, functioning under the direct supervision of the RevOps Strategist. This hierarchical positioning ensures a streamlined flow of information and strategic alignment between data analysis activities and overarching revenue optimisation strategies.
