Vacancy: Business Process Analyst / Auditor (Consultant)

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst / Auditor with a consulting background to lead process audits, optimisation, and automation initiatives for ourselves and our  clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and has a strong understanding of process redesign, risk analysis, automation, and CRM system integration.

As a key consultant, you will be responsible for analysing and improving business processes across the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and other operational systems. You will play a key role in helping clients streamline workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement AI-driven automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Audits & Documentation

  • Conduct high-level audits of client business processes across marketing, sales, customer service, and operations.
  • Document all “As-Is” processes, including text-based descriptions and process flow diagrams.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimisation.

2. Process Optimisation & Redesign

  • Develop “To-Be” process models focusing on automation, AI integration, and RevOps best practices.
  • Ensure optimised processes account for all functionalities across CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
  • Recommend solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

3. Automation & System Integration

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities within client operations.
  • Ensure seamless CRM (HubSpot) integration with ERP, LMS, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers and system architects to execute digital transformation strategies.

4. Risk Management & Compliance

  • Assess risks associated with current business processes.
  • Develop risk mitigation frameworks to ensure process stability and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist clients in managing operational change and reducing process-related risks.

5. Consulting & Client Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to client leadership teams, guiding them through process transformation.
  • Lead client workshops, training sessions, and change management programs.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous process improvement.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in business process analysis, auditing, or process consulting.
  • Strong experience in business process reengineering (BPR), workflow optimisation, and automation.
  • Understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and enterprise software integration.
  • Expertise in risk assessment, compliance, and process governance frameworks.
  • Experience leading digital transformation and RevOps consulting projects.
  • Ability to create structured business process documentation, including BPMN diagrams and SOPs.
  • Strong client-facing and consulting skills, with experience managing enterprise-level clients.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-impact process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Business Process Management (BPM), Lean Six Sigma, AI-powered automation, or Change Management.
  • Experience working with AI-driven business process optimisation tools.
  • Background in consulting or agency environments, with exposure to multiple industries.
  • Experience integrating CRM with ERP, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
